The property features a large garden, stunning views, and private parking for up to 3 cars on the premises. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the best of the Costa del Sol, with restaurants, shops, and terraces nearby. *We have availability from the 11th of October 2026 until mid May 2027 for mid/long term rental. We ask one month rent as a deposit and the price is 3700 euros per month. *Feel free to ask for availability on any other dates for short term rentals. *Its obligatory to give access to the gardener and poolman who maintain the outside area of the villa. *We provide a ‌monthly ‌cleaning ‌in ‌case ‌you stay two ‌months or ‌longer ‌which ‌is ‌included ‌in the ‌price. *Final cleaning ‌fee of ‌300 ‌euros (excl. ‌VAT) ‌is ‌not ‌included ‌in ‌the ‌price..
